For some of us who have spent half of our life in the US, the answer of the respondents did not surpise us. In the US, they are some intelligent people; but the ordinary Americans did not know that their country is called the United States of Amecica and start with a U. I was expecting the black respondent to mention Uganda, but to no avail.
